Simona Halep convincingly defeated Serena Williams in the Wimbledon Final, returning exceptionally well. Watch this video to see her practising her forehand & backhand returns before her semi final with Svitolina. The serves weren’t particularly fast so she was able to take a big swing & attack every ball. Notice her split & how she loads on her outside leg on her forehand. This enables her to explode up to into the shot.
