Practise Your Serve & Volley At Home

Serve & Volley is a tough skill to practice at home but if you use a pair of rolled-up socks instead of a ball it’s a bit easier! After you’ve served make sure you split. Initiate your split just before your partner feeds the ball & then push out of your split towards the ball. Remember to use the correct technique on your volley. Chopper/continental grip, wrist firm with the racket head up in a ‘V’ for volley shape. Good luck, let me know how you get on.
